Excellent food and ambiance. We ate mid-evening (20:45), and the place was hopping but service was good. Duck confit was amazingly tasty with crispy edges. Not as loud as some restaurants near Place de la Concorde, which was nice. Busy but not painfully loud.
How does such a small food prep area create the meals so well and get them to the table so quickly. Experience Le Florentin and you will witness this. Great food. For such a busy restaurant front of house staff stay cheery and maintain control. Our last night in Paris was memorable.
